I bought a dress from the internet. It has a loop under the dress & one pearl button on the outside of the back of the dress.. I was wondering if the strap underneath the dress attaches to the button ,or is that strap for your wrist ,or does the pearl button that has a loop on it attach to the button on the outside back of the dress?.

What do you use on tulle skirts without any embellishments in which to hide hooks or loops?
