Very helpful. I needed to hear this today. I was already being lead this morning to stop watching tarot readings every day and focus on the current moment and my life all day so I'm going to try my hardest to go back to not watching after this one. 😆 it's so hard not to watch when he is thinking about me sending me push energy which makes me think about him a lot and then I keep in this loop every day thinking about him when I'm trying to focus on myself. this is my same struggle. it’s like as soon as i start actually detaching and being present, i get a huge pull of his energy, get covered in chills, then suddenly i’m consumed in thoughts about him/from him again. my ego feels desperate to finally have that amazing energy in the 3D, so it’s easy to get sucked into it, but i always start feeling down after i come back to reality. it’s hard cuz the “realistic” (negative) part of me just tries to push it away and say it doesn’t matter/he doesn’t care, but i know in my soul that isn’t true, so it’s really hard to find the in-between of detached but still positive, or just not think about it at all. i try not to, but i can’t help but look for him everywhere i go. i miss him
