I'm back!
For those of you who didn't see my numerous comments and community posts, I injured my spine back in December making it extremely painful to sit down or use my right arm.
I've only recently recovered enough to use a computer for short periods and I've put this video together over the course of three weeks.
To Boldly Go, For All Kerbalkind and Beyond Kerbol will all be returning in due course but I still have a ways to go before I'm fully recovered so please try to be patient.
Thank you so much for all the support I've received, stay awesome Penguinauts!
Take all the time you need, we'll be here
Hi back! I'm happy you're recovering and feeling better :)
Take your time don't force your body
Oof
Glad you're able to do what you love!
He's back! Glad to see you making videos again 😁
Omg the lownists have returned
Matt was here!
Yes
hi matt

THE ALMIGHTY BREADY HAS RETURNED

3:09 Woah! that animation is incredible! you've really upped your production game!
Whoo! glad to hear you're feeling better. Here's hoping for a speedy continuation of your recovery
2:58 Minor pedantic nitpick: the NK-15s were not the first staged combustion cycle engines flown - the Proton used an oxidizer-rich hypergolic staged combustion cycle on its first stage, its first flight taking place in 1965, and the first flown kerolox SCC engine was the S1.5400 in 1961. (If you want to stretch the definition of "combustion" as some do, then the British Gamma engines also beat it, but it does require some definition-bending!) Most certainly the most spectacular use (for a lot of the wrong reasons) of the cycle by that point, though!
RE the video as a whole - amazing summary in its own right, even setting aside the circumstances of its production! And a LEGO model/explanation of Mir would be an interesting piece too - if I may suggest a future topic, the Salyut/Almaz stations would also be fitting (and being similar with incremental improvements, would suit themselves to the modularity afforded by LEGO. Though maintaining a consistent scale with other creations, such as Mir/ISS, may be harder if taking that approach.).
Hope the rest of the road to recovery goes well!
I hope you're recovering fine
Beardy is back! This isn’t what I was expecting, but it ended up being great!
AYO! HES BACK!
Yes! You are back! Hope you feel well again and videos are coming. I missed the content
YOUR BACK
Praise lord beardy for he had come again with our deliverance
The legend is back
FINALLY!
WELCOME BACK BREADY!!!!!
Wow this is probably one of the best and most detailed explanations on the N1 rocket i have seen!
no other source tends to mention the real reasons why the N1 failed, most just chalk it up to too many engines, but you make an excellent point in that lack of proper funding and integrated testing was really the root cause.
really great job beardy!
Welcome back beardy!
I have heard the problematic inner ring of six engines was added later in the design.
Originally the concept was to launch multiple rockets and assemble in LEO.
Glad that your back is back, at least somewhat, I wish you a smooth recovery.
THE LENGEND RETURNS!
YAYAYAYA WELCOME BACK
THE LEGEND HAS RETURNED WOOOO!!!!!
Return of the king
Hello Beardy!
BEARDYS BACK!!!
Welcome back! Glad you're feeling better
*HOLY CRAP THE PENGUIN HAD RETURNED*
Welcome back Beardy!
Your dedication to naming USSR modules by the original letters is incredible i really liked it!)
Thank you for video
Despite knowing very little about rocket science, I find this very enjoyable.
Am I the only one who laughed when he said block G
Welcome back and get well soon!
Bloody love lego rockets, got 3 rockets, 1 custom rocket, a shuttle but never bought the Saturn V which is a real shame
Welcome back Beardy! I was so excited to get the notification for this video. I hope you continue to heal and feel better, take all the time you need! Excited to see more of you in the future!
He's back🥳 I'm so glad you're feeling better
Glad to see your back, hope you're feeling better!
Always glad to see an upload, and looking forward to seeing all the new series return after you recover.
I'm happy to wait though, don't hurt yourself!
I am so glad you are healthy again :) you had me worried for a minute there
The production value on this is actually pretty decent, I hope to see more of these Beardy. I think I can say the same for everyone here.
Ayyyy hes back!

I’m so happy to see you back, your my favorite KSP CZcams and you inspired me to come back to KSP and it’s wonderful to see that you’ve healed!
I'm glad you're feeling improved and I hope first and foremost that you continue to do what you need to to recover, videos or no videos. :)
glad to see you feeling better beardy. cant wait for your new videos!
Aye! He’s back! Hope your doing well.
Glad to hear you're feeling okay! And I'd love to see more Lego videos
Welcome back :) this is an excellent video and now I REALLY want to build an N1 of my own!!
great to see you back beardy
It’s really good to see you back beardy. Don’t rush your recovery for the sake of making videos though, we’re a patient set of penguinauts.
I think this was one of the best breakdowns of the N1 rocket I've watched! Keep up the good work!
good to have you back beardy
Excellent video. Eager to see more
Thank goodness you're back!!!!
Good to see you back :D
Ayyyyyeeee! Good to see you again, Beardy.
I loved this new style of video I learned so much, and it's good to see you back beardy :D
This was an amazing history lesson and an amazing engineering lesson. I would be very interested in seeing you do a walk through history by doing individual videos like this -- each one would pick a single rocket design and do a deep-dive into how that rocket was made, how it functioned, why, etc. It's great to have you back on the internet, and I hope you're doing OK.
YAY!!! Glad you are feeling better!!
Youre back!
Welcome back budy
This is really well researched and informative on a topic that isn't often the easiest to find information about, thank you
That was great. Thank you for the information, as well as the entertainment.
Amazing build!!
Loved this video!!
Amazing, well thought out video. It was a real joy to watch!
Gotta say though, the whole trip to moon and back sounds hazard as f.
Welcome back! Great way to start up again, and I learned quite a bit.
(Also, you make an excellent hand model.)
The king is BACK!!!!!
He has returned. Glory to the space Program of soviet Russia!
As a suggestion for a future video: perhaps do one about the Lunokhod program, and its ties to the Soviet Moon landing efforts?
Glad to see you're alive, m8
Quite an interesting video, and a new way to access spaceflight history for the KSP Community. Nice work, and welcome back again :)
HES BACK HELL YEAH
Love this video. Wish you could have done more
Lovely explanation!
Happy to see you back and...somewhat healthy :)
Welcome back Beardy :)
Glad you recovered alright.
He’s back I love your videos and the n1 rocket is my favorite
Yeah he is back
Beardy! You’re Back! Hope You’re Back Feels Better.
Great video! So well made and interesting! Thank you so much for making my day always better.
HE BACK
Welcome back ! :D
Welcome back! I'm just 25 seconds into the video and I am stunned by your Lego N-1. It is a work of beauty. And as a fan of early Soviet spaceflight, I believe stuff like this should be more well-known to the general public.
Welcome back!
Glad your recovery is moving along bud!
you should put this on lego ideas its so cool! and also really glad your back to youtube!
Looks great!
Glad to see your back.
I hope you continue For all Kerbinkind :)
For all kerbal kind please? I loved that series, and I'm glad to see you well again!
Wow wow wow I am so glad that you are back thanks a loy and keep up your excellent work. 👍👍👍
Forget KSP, I could watch you do this sort of stuff all day!
But also glad you're back, take it easy and look forward to the new videos when they come :)
I really liked this kind of video. Do more
Very cool presentation - danke'!
Beardy! So nice to see you back again- and on a topic I am passionate about, being a former science teacher, now retired. To my understanding, another issue that plagued the N-1 besides the politics, bureaucracy and fabrication of results during the testing process was the pogo ocillation that occurred whenever it was launched. I hope you are feeling better!
