The fact that, as a teenager, in the Midwestern United States, I was exposed to Rip, Rig + Panic in 1986 or 1987, is not insignificant! Still one of the most groundbreaking TV shows, of all time.
Go to iTunes and search for Rip Rig and Panic. The albums are there - though some of the tracks from the vinyl have mysteriously not made it onto the new versions.

@Gyphia Yeah deffinatly Andrea Oliver, She and Neneh are good freinds though. I think Neneh is Miquita's godmother. Neneh and Andrea also appered on Gordon Ramseys F Word together.

Believe me, that's definitely Andrea Oliver, Sean Oliver's sister. Sean's on bass. I knew them both at the time when this was filmed.

That’s not Neneh it’s Andrea Oliver. On the album Neneh sings the lead.
