Happy 2024 everyone and Alex!! 💕💕I resonated alot with what you said about “if you really want it, it won’t seem so hard.” ITS SO TRUE!! Right now I’m doing things (academic) and (fitness wise) that I thought I could never achieve or make habits because it seemed too intimidating and difficult. However once I tied to achieving these goals to intrinsic motivation and my values, they became easy and apart of my daily life. And you’re right, this life change was not overnight. But taking steps everyday, I suddenly realized that I was living my true potential. Thank you for your videos these past few years, we’re always here to support you on your life journey!

Hi Alex! The truth is that I used to have great habits, because you inspired me with your videos. I looked and said "if we all have 24 hours a day, why don't I invest it in good things that help me?" and I managed to do it hahaha. However, I have fallen again and I want to go back.
