Keep in mind, Ghoti of the deep beyond can use more than 1 fish tuner, making it very versatile :)
Personally I like to run lifeless leaffish. Good way to foolish burial the ghoti into the graveyard to kickstart combos. A friend of mine runs 3 copies of icejade cradle and ran aegirine to much more easily get into level 10 synchro plays like gymer aegirine to protect their cards during their opponent's turn to allow ghoti of the deep beyond to go off

Good choice of sleeves. That’s a nice color. I have my ghotis in the mint sleeves but I like that color way more 😅

I personally run the guardian of the abyss to banish one monster on each side of the field and 1 minairuka as a free lvl 4 and a good way to banish fish monsters and negate face up cards

There is no correct way to pronounce Ghoti's name, since they are anagrams of the words "fish" and "fishing" in many languages.
