Understanding the phases of building a new home is something that many new homeowner clients struggle with. In this video I take you through the steps that I use to design a custom home.
Starting with the dreaming phase into the point where you take action and get started. Then into schematic design where the rough draft design options are explored into design development which includes structure and building systems. Followed by construction drawings, bidding and negotiations, construction, project close out and post occupancy.
