Sounds like you don’t understand male psychology..in a lot of cases, Even though he may very much care for you, sometimes men freak out and distance themselves in order to work out what they’re feeling. Men can only handle one problem at a time, they are not as complex as women. Then when they do come back it is with intensity, it is up to the woman to decide if she really does love him to be gentle about it but you don’t have to sell your soul of course...just be understanding, calm, and listen to everything they say without interrupting, because a man who is ready to talk- will tell you everything you want to know!
I think many men need to grow up and realize that women are not always happy, smiley and strong. Women are human beings and emotional, needy and weak sometimes. Some of them have had traumatic past, bad childhoods, this does not mean they are a bad person maybe they just need a loving understanding man. These men now days want perfection and it isn't there in any human being. Find someone who can love and respect you when you are strong and weak.

This guy I've been seeing for the last four months pulled away and asked for space. I didn't reach out once, but he kept in contact with me and was texting me literally within a couple hours. Six days later he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said not until he got into therapy lol so now he's going to therapy.
To update - we’ve now been dating for nearly 10 months total and it’s going amazingly well. He’s been super consistent and intentional. He’s leading the relationship in every way. We’ve met each other’s families, friends, etc. It’s been a very healthy relationship. ☺️
I went on some dates with a really nice guy and things seemed great but as soon as I set some boundaries, he ghosted. If someone can't accept your boundaries, that's a red flag. It hurts to get rejected but it hurts more to have someone not respect you and take advantage. Not sure if he'll reappear in the future but I'm moving on.

When we did I explained that I was demotivated by his attitude and that unfortunately the willingness to see and invest in someone neede some fuel and without that I felt demotivated. I said it calmly and told him that we may better just go separate ways. He asked me not to, he said he wanted to see me and continue the relationship that he had just been busy and handling personal stuff, not feeling great etc. I said, ok then we will see, how this goes at least now you know that without fuel I am not in...so days went by and he half ass communicated with me, half ass made plans and I just stopped the relationship. I've been there! I think just as we girls do it, guys will give a girl a chance but if feelings don't develope then he'll move on.. I remember back in 2013 I met a guy on FB and he immediately loved bombed me, we hung out a few times, made out ALOT. He would even talk about how he can't wait until we have our first anniversary, let alone he never asked me to be his gf. Plus he had a female best friend who he was super close with, and hung out with more than me, and swore they were just best friends, but she apparently had a huge crush on him. I accepted it btw.. even though I was insecure as hell! But yeah after I met her he changed his attitude towards me and stopped reaching out to me, just lost interest and finally tells me after ignoring me for days that he didn't see us lasting and that I needed better than him, and that he wasn't ready for a relationship. Maybe she didn't like me, or I did something that turned him off. Regardless even though I never made him choose, he still chose his best friend! But he kept leaving and reappearing with FB messages and once I responded back he'd ignore me. I was just an ego boost for him. Used me for validation. Had no problem hanging out with other girls but had every excuse as to why he couldn't see me.
I got tired of it. I stopped reaching out to him, and moved on. And met someone else. The jerk tried coming back once a year for 5 years. I told him no every time, I'm not attracted to him anymore. He played me for an idiot for a while.They never want you until it's too late lol

I have the answer to what it means: It means the relationship is over because I didn't wait around on some guy that can't make up his mind or show up consistently and participate with me. Frankly, anything else is pretty irrelevant.

Everytime I thought negative about a guy , in this case my specific person, it ALL became true.. the first chat I basically said " oh he sounds like a player" and guess what? His chat seemed like it. We went on a date after pursuing me for a month.. and his behavior was totally great however i asked myself if he was gunna be serious.. he remembered small details about me and we shared a lot of similarities. Nothing happened really, other than a change of attitude and behaviour towards me that makes me reconsider him completely. @@arefashionista Sure, he texted me as normal and so I did. Then he was very keen on seeing me and make plans, I said look I do not have time and provided a time for us to video call each other. When we did I explained that I was demotivated by his attitude and that unfortunately the willingness to see and invest in someone neede some fuel and without that I felt demotivated. I said it calmly and told him that we may better just go separate ways. He asked me not to, he said he wanted to see me and continue the relationship that he had just been busy and handling personal stuff, not feeling great etc. I said, ok then we will see, how this goes at least now you know that without fuel I am not in...so days went by and he half ass communicated with me, half ass made plans and I just stopped the relationship. Voila, have been seeing someone for 3 months and a half since, but not super into him...so we'll see...the ore you know your worth the less you suffer but hey, you do not find someone as easily as when you had no boundaries and standards - lol ;)

I want (and was) progression/progressing forward and he ghosted at a crucial time, that sent be back ten steps.
