Hi mate love the video. Really getting into ambient at the moment and you seem to have nailed the tones! I haven't got the gt1 yet but I do have the Katana. In the Katana you can stack 2 delays on top of each other. Is this possible on the GT1? Cheers
Yes you can with limited capacity though. There is a dedicated delay section and also an fx2 section which offers different fx including another delay which is not exactly the same as the dedicated delay. He used it in the video. At the start of the video he used only the dedicated delay. Then at around 0:35 he pressed the control pedal to engage fx2 in the chain which loaded the sub delay feature and hence give you the multi delay sound in the vid .
From 1:05 and out are utterly heaven. I see the settings, but need more info on which setting that is actually making this wonderful effect of releasing the "already played chord" in this wonderful way

I’ve had the GT1 for a couple years now and I’m getting a little tired of it. I want something better with more pro sounding effects. Any recommendations?

I'm so tempted by the simplicity of the ME80 but yeah well, lots of people say the M80 is very very digital sounding. Plus the preamps of course - which would esp kick in while recording right?

There`s a few parameters missing. There`s a freezing mode at the end of the video. And looks like a tap tempo working on the up button.

I tried exactly the same to yours, but it didn't sound like that...The sound basically stops when you lift up the pedal. Delay might be wrong...IDK
