- March 1989 Wolsztyn-Okunin ,we followed Ty2-710 all day from the Wolsztyn depot and back. This railway line (line Kolejowa 357)has been closed for main years now. The friendly crew invited me to ride with them on the locomotive .A day out of the crews life and their Locomotive.
Steam locomotive Ty2-710 was build by Skoda in 1943 ,the original Reichsbahn type was Class 52.10 her original number : 52.6643.
The locomotive has been demolished in January 1991
Parowozy posiadały "duszę" taka maszyna żyła ogień i woda były krwiobiegiem parowozu zapach dymu pary smaru to było coś,nie porównywalnego z elektrowozami czy spalinowymi lokomotywami.

This video as well of others by you of steam in Poland are timeless. I really do like the sounds that these engines make including the mighty TY51 2-10-0. What really suprised me is the 5 chime whistles that the TY51s had and they almost sound American. I have a podcast called Revival Steam. This fictional podcast makes listeners imagine a world of 21st-century American Revenue Trains pulled by steam locomotives. I use railroad sounds from Videos, DVDs, CDs, LPs, and cassettes for the podcast. Of course, I would have to ask permission first before using them. I want to ask you if by your permission, can I use the sounds some of these polish steam videos to be used in my podcast?

Wolsztyn is the ancient German town of Wollstein. The loco is not well-maintained.
