Hi Elsa! It's called East Liberty Signature. (It comes as a collection of two fonts, a signature font and a sans serif.) You can find it here: bit.ly/EastLibertySignature

Hello, thanks for watching! Definitely not. Though as a designer, it's pretty standard to use assets from various places. This video, for example, uses brushes that are free for CC subscribers, a standard shape, and a free glitter overlay that is available from my Creative Toolkit (free download, link in description).
