Eyya my sister. I guess many women have different experiences. For some they don’t even know when they ovulate. For us we suffer a bit. The good thing about it is a natural birth control. You can keep tracking of it in the most natural way. Remedy I used is drinking hot tea with ginger and honey. Also, I used hot water bottle to place on my tummy, my back and anywhere that hurts. But it only helps till it stop by itself.
