      On a smith machine you can go deeper because you don't need to focus on stability, weird to max out there.

      It depends which type of squatter you are ,me as ATG squatter its pretty high, but for avg person its a descent range

      @@caliqm2199 You got to understand that hitting the "depth" puts a shit ton of load on the lower back, for me personally, when i started squatting i was doing quarter reps by time I hit good depth but not atg and put into perception that I literally feel like my lower back is about to snap in half after squatting which is very uncomfortable, so i can't really critique the video uploader for not hitting "depth" as it will put a ton of load on hes lower back. Infact i salute him for saving hes lower back.

      @@yahiamahdy7639 If you're just not comfortable doing squats,that's fine.
      Just don't do squats.
      We all have some workouts that aren't for us.
      If that's the case,then it's better to not do them than half-ass them.
      That being said,I'm 100% sure the guy in the video doesn't have the same problem and is just ego lifting.

      man im not too far ahead of you, my max is only 115 and i can rep 95, however only after about 2 sets i have to bump it down to 85 and sometimes even 65, keep it up man!

      @@caliqm2199 Well all of the greatest bodybuilders of the 90's and 2000's era all lifted super heavy with poor form, yet it was obviously the best way of gaining strenght and muscle. You don't always need to do it super strict in order to gain muscle. A sloppy form can be fine if you are lifting a lot of weight.
