Paradisus Los Cayos ,Santa Maria , Cuba Part 2 Trip to Remedios and Santa Clara

We decided to take a trip from Paradisus Los Cayos to Remedios and Santa Clara.We visit a Sugar Factory,Steam Locomotive museum ,The square of revolution,local restaurant ,tour around the city.... Was nice to experience the real Cuba. Remedios is a little colonial town located about 5 km (3 mi) from the northern coast of Cuba, in the province of Villa Clara. It’s the 8th oldest town in Cuba and its main church is the 2nd oldest in the country. The town is mostly known for its Christmas festival called Las Parrandas de Remedios, but it’s also a charming place to visit any time of year.Founded in 1689, Santa Clara is full of cultural treasures. This tour will give you an overarching view of the whole city. You will get to visit some of the best museums and beautiful churches in the city. This city witnessed three battles from the legendary Ernesto Che Guevara. Your guide will take you to all the important sites and give you their back stories. You will visit a Tobacco Factory and tour Leoncio Vidal Park. The tour also includes lunch at a restaurant in the city. The whole tour lasts about four hours.
