On a serious note go to a dermatologist. And even if you're seeing a good dermatologist then also change him/her and go see a different one. Believe me it will be worth it. Most of the times changing doctor works. And also stop wearing makeups it will be beneficial in long run. (Saying as a med student who studies a lot)
