Crucial age is not fixed..it's different for everyone...it depends on your situation, background your surroundings...so it's totally different for every person

When she said aajkal ke baache says dude I m depressed 😢 aapne khud ko push nahi kiya this is so wrong mrunal I don't agree with you every soul is on a journey and u can't genralise somebody's experiences my elder sister also use to judge me like this if we will not confess and confront that our mental health is not okay how we are going to move further towards conversation about depression and suicide, anxiety issues I think we should be sensitive and open towards somebody's experience other than that I absolutely loved ❤❤🙏 this podcast I remember after deepika padukone came out openly about depression we felt comfortable about these conversations of mental health before that we used to feel invalidated and judged by everyone be it society, freinds , family so we should choose our words wisely mrunal please🙏❤❤ and thankyou ranveer for this podcast ♥
The reason is teens being depressed is unnecessary exposure to social media and comparisons occurs due to that. Stay away from the social media as much as possible. Then you will see the difference in you. Stay blessed stay happy and do no think I'm depressed , think that "thodisi chot lagi hai koi na ho jayega sub kuch achha" by that way you will not suffer your depressed thinking

When you keep on saying, "no, don't talk to me, I'm depressed" the other person feels like "oh,really😒". You are giving PPL chance to hate you. Instead listen to everybody, their successes and failures, you'll understand that u r no different from any other person. When you keep saying you are depressed your mind tends to believe you have to die, ur life has no purpose .
Th best way to come out of it is listen to urself, give urself some time, plan your life don't hurry it's ok if it doesn't go according to the plans, believe in urself. Not some random motivating words. Please understand each sentence and work on it. I have been thru it, I faced it. I did not cry over it. Stop believing and relying on ppl. Be self dependent, emotionally and mentally. Loads of love. You can have me anytime u want me to talk to u.🤗
She is right. I also knew my college female friends. They also used to say that so much bitching used to happen in their hostels. Btw that's what knowledge, suggestions u get when a person who came from middle class background and with so much struggle and then achieve success.
