      I just bought another pair in 14 ounces for sparring and to compare fairly with the Phenom SG-210s that I have in 14 ounces

    These gloves are like the complete opposite of each other, tough to choose between the two. Nice video brother👊🏽

      It was like comparing a great pair of steel toe Work Boots to a great pair of ASICS Running shoes. That's best most accurate analogy I can give

      @@coffeemuncher01 Hi how's the padding are they liked by your sparing partner?

    Fly is like a profile of a punchers glove with the comfort of a pillow glove. Love mine

    Great video. Appreciate the detailed review. The hand compartment does feel great on the Fly glove. Snug and the knuckles line up as well.
    One thing I felt about the Fly glove is the padding was quite soft and not much of it in front of the knuckle. Do you think on a heavy bag this would be an issue? With perhaps to the user being able to punch through the soft padding too easily?

    • @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667
      @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667  Před rokem

      I feel like there is enough padding on the knuckles, the Premium Superlace is my top rated glove for Sparring.
      I wish my Sparring partners owned this glove lbs

    Hey great video!! Quick question…Has the knuckle padding change for fly X line? I heard it’s more stuff now… and I’m worried because I just order some for sparring

    Fly are absolutely beautiful in terms of hand position inside the glove and landing with the punching knuckles! I have had mine for a few weeks and I literally can't stop hitting my bag haha. A few weeks prior, I bought some Adispeed 501s, which had beautiful craftmanship, but the hand positioning inside was absolutely shocking, was almost impossible to land with the punch knuckles, hit the door knocking knuckles sooooooo badly that it hurt. So I am thrilled with my decision to send them back and get some Flys instead! What is the hand positioning like in a pair of Winning? Thinking of getting a pair of those next, but only if they have a good hand positioning like Fly.

    • @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667
      @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667  Před rokem +1

      The hand ergonomics and positioning are great on Winning as well but Fly does that aspect (hand positioning and economics) better than anyone

      @@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 I'm so pleased with 'em man. I have also read in afiar few reviews that the X line actually has better hand positioning than the premium line. What do you think about that?

    I get crazy good pop out of the fly 16oz. Mit work sound like gunshots and I’ve accidentally dropped a few sparring partners off jabs lol I can’t help but ask if they’re okay/say sorry everytime I land a clean shot with these nice compact firm gloves.

    • @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667
      @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667  Před 4 měsíci

      Sounds like you have some power in your jab. I find mine to be the perfect balance of padding. But I have noticed through reviews and what other people say that it seems as though the Fly X Line isn't very consistent on the padding density

    It´s not weid that some 12oz weigh 14oz. The factories just make huge/frequent mistakes in stiching the right weigh label. If you buy a 12oz that weighs 14oz, it's clearly an label mistake.

    I wouldn’t get Cleto’s. I bought 16oz sparring pair at around £250 and they felt heavy and wasn’t a snug fit in the hand. Also, when i weighed them they came in each at 20oz! Ridiculous that company that tout being a reputable company can’t weigh their own gloves properly.

    • @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667
      @wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667  Před 11 měsíci

      Yeah Mexican gloves are known for being overweight. Mine are 12 ounces but each come in at around 14 ounces instead

    • @HygienicMaggot
      @HygienicMaggot Před 11 měsíci

      The worse thing is it’s a nice looking glove ! Just feel like they made it 20oz and slapped 16oz label on it. Did you weigh the fly’s are they on point ? Need a new 16oz glove and it’s the fly superloop x or the rival rs100.
