It's not chapati bread .it's paratha made out of all purpose flour or maida as locally called
hey man I'm loving the karachi content. I would highly recommend finding someone local to show you around though. it's a great city only if you know where to go and where not to go, and there are certainly areas that I wouldn't want you to walk around with a camera. even us pakistanis have a problem with getting mugged in karachi (other cities are much safer) especially due to the current economic situation. also, having a local guide is extremely helpful since karachi is simply a gargantuan city (tokyo sized) and impossible for a foreigner to know about cool stuff outside clifton/central area.
I hope you get to visit lahore, peshawar, and islamabad. those cities are more chill, cleaner, and generally better conditions in terms of electricity, etc. there's also MUCH more historical stuff in other cities since most karachi was basically built after partition (nickname: the instant city).
you can blame the PPP (feudal sindhi political party) for neglecting sindh so much. it's a city with so much potential but unfortunately anyone who's highly educated tends to leave since it's so neglected
