- AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal, who was allegedly assaulted by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide, will record her statement under Section 164 before a magistrate on Friday.
Maliwal underwent a medical check-up at AIIMS, Delhi, on Friday that lasted for over three hours. She has suffered internal injuries to her face, as per a medico-legal case report, sources said.
The Union minister demanded that Arvind Kejriwal should come forward and issue an apology.
