Taking the skin off the almonds reminds me of the joke "the hardest part of being vegan is waking up at 5 AM to milk the almonds"
I am a 77 yr old great grandma watching first time. Dude, you rock. Love your natural, spontaneous style. Gonna try the cashew. Thanks for the info on the probiotics. Rock on…
Don't know how I lived without this for so long! I make dog food for 2 of our dogs
Here’s a crazy idea how about putting the skinned almonds in a separate bowl from the skins! 🤣

My dude roll your lemons firmly on the counter before juicing it makes your life a lot easier
After watching What The Health my dad is finally interested in going vegan, something that obviously matters a lot to me because I want to keep him around, but yogurt/dairy is one of his chief vices... THANK YOU MIC!
I invested in a mini food processor, it was fairly cheap, and much easier for stuff like nut or bean spreads, humus, pesto, nicecream, and other blended stuff that needs little liquid. I found that the blender is just too much of a hassle when there is not a lot of liquid. I love my mini food processor now, use it almost daily VROOM VROOOM.
You’re fricken funny man. I love your personality. Another great vid mic!
Another SUPERB video Mic! Always get excited when you upload 💖
This is actually amazing. I've missed really thick yougart. I'm sure I'll be trying this tomorrow. Thank you!!
This looks great! After mentioning your cookbook in the video, I finally went and bought it!
Mic thank you so much! I made the cashew yogurt and it's been excellent. I use about 2 tablespoons 3 tablespoons in my oat milk shakes and it is beyond description. It's even better than forager! To keep the yogurt at temperature I set my yogurt to be in a large group pot of warm water and insulated it with a really thick wool sweater. It kept warm for about 12 hours
I make yogurt with Westsoy milk. Then strained it with a coffee filter and used it as sour cream. I have yet to add sweetener and use as a dessert topping. It is so versatile. Thanks.
or..
Mic you're a hoot, you keep my attention which some of these videos are sooooooo boring I fall asleep in my store-bought yogurt. Thank you and here taking notes, and I am subscribing!
These make great snacks.. for your trash can. I’m crying 😂
I used to think that vegan cooking was boring. Boil the carrot. Boil the broccoli. Roast the tofu. But it’s crazy just how creative you can be with just plants.

I feel like these would even be good as a base for a cheesecake or a spread/dip of some sort 👌🏼
