Also Mantis is in place of the munchy monk in the first Wario... Where? challenge and Mantis is in the BG. Also, Red could work due to him being featured in most Ashley stages. So if 2 player...

In one of the first Wario Ware games, 18-Volt was in the same class as 9. Hell, he even says he's in fourth grade when beating 13-Amp in Gold.

For the Crygor family perhaps Mike because Mike is very dear to Crygor

Yes, Penny is considered a kid. According to… some game I forgot, Penny is considered a Middle-School Student, and Ashley is around 15-16 years of age.

In the unlocking description for Mona, it is written only Link ca-hmm i mean that she is in high school so it is likely it is late teens. So you could have done crew of 4 per and had Kat, Lulu, Penny (who is around the same age as Mona I think) and 9-Volt on P1 while P2 has Ana, Ashley, Mona and 18-Volt.
Penny's in middle-school, not highschool, so she's younger than Mona. Not that it matters, just thought I'd mention it
