Do you have a contact for Xuan "Swan" Pham...he was a student of mine while flying for the MAP 3389th Squadron. He was a remarkable young man and one of the best pilots I have ever trained. Visited with Xuan at Wright Patterson AFB reunion years ago. Enjoyed this account of his flying experience ...Thanks Xuan!

Question. : in 69 the 6th in pleiku moved to Nkp in Nov 69. Was the 540 th already based in pleiku when the 6th moved north to nkp. Because I heard we kept 2 Skyraiders on alert there in 1970. Because a lot of the pilots in pleiku went to Nkp and Danang. Detaur Engebretsen Doc and Cavender etc
