this shit was so much fun to watch! i recently discovered some twisty ass roads near my house and can't wait to ride down those once i buy my first bike. keep up the great content!
Thanks for letting me watch you rip it while I wait to get legal and pick up my R6 dude, I can NOT wait to start riding take my time and really feel and learn this shit Watching you is the shit hope more people watch your shit brodie
Thanks for watching! And that's gonna be sweet, I'm exited for you! Smart man too. I'm gonna work hard on this CZcams stuff so hopefully more people can find me 🤙
Yo man great bike and great vid, i wanted to ask a question. Im looking to get my first bike and im between a new r7 or a used 2008 r6 what do u thing? The r7 its new and everything but i do think it will let me down in power wise but its NEW and the r6 its a bit old but still looks fire and its so fast so yeah wachu think?
I think the R7 is a great first bike tbh. It's super easy to ride, easy to work on, will keep you safe compared to a 600, and still plenty fast for a starter bike. I know I'm a little biased, but R7 has my vote
@@2wheelt928 Is it true that insurance companies charge same with these like 600s? Heard insurance companies look at the 689cc and think it’s like the 600s
It definitely is if you're fast enough. It's all about the rider. But if you ride with really fast guys on really fast bikes, it'll let you down power wise
Honestly right now the R7 is better lol. Something about such a light bike just makes it glide. But mostly it's because I haven't gotten my suspension done on my BMW yet, so it bucks around like crazy smh. Once I get that sorted, the BMW should be real nice. I'll soon know for sure. thanks for watching and commenting man. it really means a lot!
@@2wheelt928 that makes sense. It seems like it would feel similar to the 08 cbr600rr. I miss that bike and how flickable it was. I keep looking at the R7 wondering if it would fill that hole for me haha
@@louberry1512 ya definitely! Super flickable! The R7 is nice, but it doesn't have much power at the top. So it may not do the job like the Honda would
Shorter video? nah, man. Please find longer roads! I love the R7, and your riding is amazing to watch! Thanks for bringing us along! 🙌
Hell yeah thanks man! I'm definitely working on finding some better roads to ride. Much appreciated! 🤙

Thanks! And hell ya, you're gonna love it! Just make sure to always ride within your limits and try to learn as much as you can 🤙
nice color 60th aniversary cool
love that section of road, used to rip thru there in my WRX lol. Cool to see someone send it on a bike.

Can't go wrong with golden gate!

How did you change to gp shifting?
Why do you say you never ridden a bike like that before? Is it because it's light? I am considering getting a 60th anniversary R7 eventually too.
Any advantage to the GP shift change or just a preference.
Slightly faster upshifts but really it's just preference
It kinda makes downshifting a bit akward to get used to
@@rodneystewart8340 gotcha thanks. Basically brand new rider just got license on Friday and wasn’t sure if it made shifting easier.
Hell ya ride safe man! And its pretty much just preference, If you're racing, it makes upshifts easier in the corners
Getting my first bike and looking at the r7 or ninja 400.. but for that money I can just get a used 600cc.. still not decided lol

Bro is the r7 good enough to keep up with the pack ?
Negative
@@jonsmith8432 I really do appreciate the the straight forward answer. *no sarcasm intended*

More staff on the same route

Can you test drive a R3 and tell us the difference?🤔🙏
I'll do my best to get my hands on one soon! 🤙
It’ll be slower, just as much fun and probably safer for beginners like me. I own an MT 03 and the R3 is the only bike I’d swap it for.
@@user-rf9me7xm1w Ya for sure. Definitely a great beginner bike
Pos subaru, but a nice bike. we're the same LOL
Haha I like it!
Beast? Nah, not really.
In the corners it DEFINITELY is. But power wise, not quite 😂
@@2wheelt928 I agree 100%😁
It definitely has decent power for its size also love the sound
