I found a quarter today that I think might be a very rare error. It’s extremely worn but then I noticed something very strange.. it has heads on both sides! On one side it appears to have double heads ! One looks normal and one over the top is zoomed in? After doing some research I found out that the secret service recovered 1 like this in 2000.. The coin was found in a safe deposit box in 2000, along with many other error coins from the San Francisco mint. There is speculation that the coin may have been a trial piece that was retained by a former mint employee. One sold for $80,000 by private treaty in 2001. I would be happy to send pictures! I think that’s what we found today!

Well I'm somewhat new in the numismatic world but yes as someone else previously stated in the comments "all 1981and 1981D pennies are copper" .. now if you happen to find a 1981 Philadelphia or Denver penny that is zinc then you might have something but really don't think that's going to happen...the small date 1982D copper penny is worth money and the 1983yr copper pennies have value too.... idk where they got the 1981 thing at.. I wonder how many people are actually going to start weighing their 1981 pennies and find that every single one they pick up is a "worth money" as this video states and they're going to get all excited that they have a ton of them and that they hit the jackpot lol just to be 😞 sadly disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go through that or already has because of this video cause it is time consuming and would just take the fun out of it eventually going through so many coins all the time just to find out most the information you have gotten is total crap....so please do more research from incredible sources not just random CZcams videos alone like PCGS etc.... and learn the correct facts then you can watch all the CZcams videos you want but you'll know which ones are full of crap and which ones aren't! And you won't be wasting your time at least which in the long run will make it more enjoyable to do when you properly educate yourself and your coin hunting with the correct info and finding the right coins a person needs to be looking for and then it's fun when you actually find something you're hunting for and you know that you have the right but it'll get very old and very unfun quickly constantly finding coins you think are special just to find out every single time they're not so if you want to partake in the world of new numismatics please properly educate yourself so you don't waste your own time and end up hating it because you were misinformed from videos such as this.. and there are plenty of them out there with false information! please if you see this and happen to read any of the comments ...don't do that!! don't waste your time looking for a copper 1981 penny!! I agree , Pennie’s 1982 and before will be copper however a Susan b Anthony printed copper penny would weigh more than 3.1 grams I would think as it would be bigger so idk if your info is true

Do not go to a local "coin dealer" they are like pawn shops, they won't give you anything near it's worth.
Send it to PCGS for restorative services and grading.
