- Finally got an All Stories time! This was actually my first attempt at it and I got a lot of the tricks pulled off in it! This absolutely could be better since I missed quite a few things but I'll get them eventually. Somehow my first attempt was good enough to be the new World Record but that won't last for long. Thank you so much! Yeah it's pretty nuts, with this run I barely tackled all of the glitches that you can pull off in this game. I suggest looking at the WR run for Heroes Story especially :)

My brother and I played a ton of Sonic Riders 1 and 2 when they came out for both GC and Wii years ago....
Seeing some of the speedrun tech used is completely mindblowing!

Personally Sonic Riders has more potential than ZG, this one kinda sucked in terms of gameplay
I agree. There was a lot they could've improved on from the original vs what they did in zg. Regardless thanks for sparking my interest in zg again! Soon after watching ur vid I bought second copy for the Wii as I originally played the PS2 version back then. Found myself enjoying it a lot more this time around.

Zero Gravity's motion controls are surprisingly good (if you aren't holding it vertical [yes there's a option to play with the wii remote vertically without a nunchuk {why would you do that}])
I use vertically Wii remote, when emulating it with mouse, pretty comfortable and interesting

Hey there Phanpy Meister. I noticed that you commented on a Retro Rick video recently titled, "I've never spent this much on video games.. ($5,000+ Spent)." I'm local to Retro Rick and I have to say I don't like what he's doing. He's buying up many retro games in my local area just to resell them for more profit in his Whatnot app live auctions. I highly suspect that he's using a shill bidder in his live auctions because he doesn't want to take a loss on the more expensive games he's buying in glass cases just to auction off. This is developing just like the WATA/Heritage scam that CZcamsr Karl Jobst brought to life just a few months ago in his groundbreaking video where he discussed shill bidding in relation to WATA/Heritage. This stunt is scummy by Retro Rick and I'm disappointed in him. He has 820+ patreon members so he's dragging in the cash.

It's probably because I spent hundreds of hours playing this game and mastering its controls as a child lol, but in all honesty they haven't been that bad for me! I do use a motion plus controller however so who knows if that is making a difference or not for me. Thanks for commenting on this though!
@@ThePhanpyMeister You're welcome i'm about to get this game in the mail from ebay soon (Wii version) and i'm using the Gamecube controller. Is there any way to get X rank tricks with ease? (I know tricks in this game depend on how far from the edge of the ramp you are, so it could just be "always jump frame perfectly at the edge of a ramp")
@@RyneMcKinney Sorry about this reply being late but yeah I think that's about it, just time it as close as you can to the edge without being late. Even after doing it so many times, I still struggle with it depending on the ramp so I would say there's no "easy way" to get the timing down. It's great to see more people getting into speedrunning this game though and I wish you the best of luck with your runs!

@@selassieaspen9940 So I got the game 2 days ago and I already beat the whole story mode with ease... I only have 80's Boulevard left for Heroes' missions (Extreme) and then I still have to do all the Babylon missions... After that I just plan to grind for rings to buy gear (Getting the gambler asap as grinding is gonna be soo tedious unlike the original game)
