16 oz. bottle isopropyl alcohol (or witch hazel)4 tablespoons Boric Acid Powder16 drops Gentian Violet 1% Solution
Mix all ingredients in the alcohol bottle & shake. (make sure you shake before every application).
Treatment: Fill ear with solution & massage gently for 30 seconds and wipe with a tissue. Fill a second time and just wipe without massaging. The dog will shake the excess out. Be careful, the Gentian Violet could stain. I use an eye dropper to fill the ear.
Treatment:2 times per day for the first 2 weeks1 time per day for the next 2 weeks1 time per month thereafter

I have literally watched this 10 times!!!! Thank you!!! But I need to know how they recommend dealing with tear stains?!?! That was the one thing not talked about. This 3 parter saved me! I have been looking for a good video for cockers for so long! Now I know what to do and not do. My poor pups ears! Omg never going below the leather fold again.

You make bevelling look so easy! Been grooming them for years and still mess up the feet!
This was very helpful thank you so much ! Most cocker owners want the face shaved though 😭 But for show grooming this is perfect and so informative! Also I would recommend a mic for the person who's speaking through the camera, it's just really really loud through the camera mic and kind of muddles out what the other groomers are saying
