I cleaned my depression room today and I'm so happy now, I chucked out a bunch of stuff and my room is so clear now and so is my mind

Despite best intentions that we hold for ourselves, it's also important to not force self-adherence to an expectation that we should always have a perfectly clean room when we are depressed. You don't deserve that standard because depression rooms, depression diagnosed or not are valid and we go through things with messy symptoms for a reason. Idk i guess I just wanted to say to please be gentle and kind to yourself in difficult situations because you seem really nice and deserve validation! Thank you for helping with my depression room : D i just cleaned mine watching
the whole process of this was so organized! I’ve been meaning to clean my room too so I’m going based off this video 🥰
Also the more I watch the video, the better it gets! I thought I was a slob too but it’s good to know we all have our moments

Don’t be embarrassed you have nothing to be embarrassed about. hopefully the people who have clicked onto this video are people that either have depression myself or they have some sort of understanding.
