    When self entitled righteous wanna be cops stop thinking they can enforce laws this wouldn't happen. They are brave feeling entitled to use their conceal carry yet can't be big enough to do what is morally right, go toe to toe with the person in question and let their words say what they feel. Had he not went there with the intent to confront a person over a simple issue this wouldn't have happened. A parking spot isn't serious enough to confront anyone, if you have an issue with it call the cops. That's what they are paid to do and take it up with the owner of the business. He clearly had every intent to a confrontation that day and couldn't handle someone not respecting his self enforced opinion. If you wouldn't cross the line to record anyone's home and look in the window as he did the car it wouldn't have been taken as suspicion by the car owner. Being in public doesn't give one the moral right to infringe on an area we all deem as a private space. I'd take anyone looking in my window and recording in this way as a threat or danger of a possible crime. Moral verses law are two different colors and each should be done.

    • @WilliamDEMOCRAT0483
      @WilliamDEMOCRAT0483 Před 4 lety +1

      Bagram Dave Self defense is a valid defense by the initiator and the person attacked. It depends on the circumstances.For instance, say that the deceased walked up to drejka, pushed him and then pulled out a gun to attempt and shoot him. Drejka would have been able to claim self defense, in spite of being the person who initiated the chain of events that led to the gun being discharged.
      The reason why drejka could not claim self defense at least to the juries liking, is that once the gun came out, the deceased, unarmed began to attempt a retreat. Self defense is not the sole province of an innocent aggrieved, it can be claimed by an aggressor who is met with lethal force.
