Also check out interior designer Dani Klaric’s channel to see videos and shorts of the MCM home she was forced to leave, about 3 months ago, because the owner wants to tear it down to build a new home. He said the MCM can’t sell in the Miami market. Why that home isn’t protected is beyond me.

Love the home. I would think about taking down the back fence if it’s permitted to do so. We are mandated block walls where I live.
