Yeah I'm marching a world class ensemble right now and there are 2 high schoolers in my snare line and they are both better than me. Just practice hard. Get some lessons, and go to the auditions. You learn a ton at them.

There was no 4th bass during this show. They had a hole for some reason, which is the WORST on performance day, especially if it's in the bassline.
