Ok I searched around and yes, if you feed on the vicar during that final boss in chapter 3, it will invalidate “Not even once”. You need to wait for the boss to take him out. What makes the fight even harder is you can accidentally feed on him since it is a simple press of the button.

Yeah that’s what I’m doing. Trying to get all the collectables. I did however feed on the Turban guy in the last ACT before I finished his “don’t read the book” thing so i don’t know if I can still get all the collectibles haha. But def going for the London has Fallen trophy now ^^. On a side note do you have a video on the build you used on your Not Even Once play through?
That collectible is another one that once you miss it it’s gone for good. This game has so many pitfalls which is unfortunate. I don’t have a video on the build I used, but if I remember right, I used the shadow bomb skill and upgraded it with the higher damage path not the dps one; for auto phage I chose the one that heals more at the cost of more blood; and for the ultimate skill I used the shadow one as it does a ton and immobilizes the enemy you use it on. Then just upgrade health and stamina; you’re top level ends up being around 23-26 so the end game can be tricky; I just placed a shadow bomb walked away and used the Liston knife to regain blood; it’s a boring, but safe play style lol
That is normal, and it does not invalidate the “not even once” trophy. Unless something crazy bugged out (which is possible with this game) you should be fine!
