Asher Hong - First Gymnastics Meet - 2010 Arkansas Men's Benefit Cup

God has orchestrated Asher's path since his first gymnastics meet ever competing for Springfield Gymnastics and Aquatics Center (Missouri). It was held at the Sonshine Academy in Conway, Arkansas back in 2010. At this time, he was coached by Roderick (Noel) Holloway (as seen in the video) along with head coach Nick Hostler.
He was like a deer in headlights in front of the pommel judge 😆… but by the end of the meet, after collecting the ribbons and the gold medal, he’s like, “I can really get used to this!”
You can hear at the end after his name was announced...
Xander: “Asher won?!”
Mom: “Asher won, Xander! 😊”

This was so cute! I laughed so hard when his coach pushed him to the other side of the pbars on his dismount and he lost his balance and fell 😆! Can’t wait to see all that he will accomplish in a few weeks! I have a feeling that it’s a long time coming for USA Men and now’s the time! 🤩 🇺🇸
