Weidman beat Lyoto in a standup match, whereas Rockhold avoided the standup and took Lyoto down to beat him.
Weidman studies his opponents thoroughly; Rockhold is slightly more reckless as a standup fighter. And he WILL be forced to fight standing since Weidman is big and strong, and won't be kept down.
I see a prolonged beating for Rockhold, resulting in either a KO for Weidman in the last round or a decision victory. Either way Rockhold will come out looking very bad.
