It is good in every class but the power herald is the best option of all because it is the only class that can use the F skills while carrying the banner and several other reasons. To get the banner just go to the taticvator that has the dragon banner and get it, like I did at the beginning of the video. To find out if the tower or keep has the banner you can click on the keep/tower icon and see what tactics they have like I do in the last clip.
