This is so misleading. The headgear either side of the material for your blinds are massive, so I have a BIG gap where the "blackout blind" ie the ""material "" should fit yet you do not mention what to do to get the MATERIAL to cover the window, only the ENTIRE blind. In a kitchen window where there is half tiling at the bottom (common) the measurement to the inside of the tiling results in a blind that is a waste of time and money buying, because the gap left is too big. Also, your statement about the Surefit guarantee is misleading, because you say "at no additional cost" yet your T&Cs claim new postage is to be paid, so it IS at "additional" cost to the original purchase. Not happy with my order, sent you an email, await your remedy.
