The reason the wings are flapping is that they are long and the heavy fuel tanks are on the end of them. Put them closer to the body or preferably in the body of the plane. And maybe make the wings wider

No their were still fuel tanks on the ends of the plane
that rocket is an extremely Heavy payload for an airplane of that size . . so that could be putting a lot of stress on the wings too . . .

It's in the fuselage so not directly, and it wouldn't cause it to flap. What I think is happening is because of a glitch that the wings don't connect properly they flex due to the weight and are pulled back by struts but inertia makes them flex inversely and then the struts pull them back and you get the idea

When you have a wheel on the back of the plane, try to make it a bit shorter or push it further into the fuselage so that the nose of the plane points slightly upwards, when it's on the ground. This might help with the takeoff!

My favourite
If you put RCS thrusters on the top of the rocket they’ll give you more directional control. Allowing you to spin the rocket the direction you want it to go. We use them on rockets irl so we can make minor corrections without wasting fuel and relying on the slight gimble of the main engine

devs definitely got some work to do but once they get it to first ksp level this game will be insane. Just really hope they focus on getting this running like first ksp before they really start trying to add the other stuff on the roadmap

The prefix "kilo" means a thousand, so 10,000 m are 10 km (*kilo* meters). You guys use 1k instead of one thousand, so you already know how metric works.

A good strategy for take off is too add some inclination to your wings so they start to lift, or offset the landing gear so it is generally nose up.

Blitz when your high speed missile is in the air make sure you have wings because you’re rocket does not have any stabilizer so it fall out sky like that

If you ever use that plane again, add some landing gear to the very ends of the wings, that will stop them from slamming into the ground, that’s what the B-52 uses. Also, make sure you retract your landing gear after you take off, it allows you to go faster.

if you wanna keep pointing prograde (forward), press the green circle on the bottom left (the one with the dot inside) bigger wings and reaction wheels would help on the rocket stage as well (the default reaction wheel got nerfed)
To make the wings stop flapping, you need to disable SAS.

You double click crew cabin to control other vessels, or go to the tracking station and switch to the rocket.

We need to make a cargo plane that launches the rocket by ejecting the cockpit from the front and shooting the rocket out of the plane like a bullet out of a barrel. You can recover the plane with parachutes.

Hey blitz! Cool video, I also have a hint that can help the start of ur launch. Put the brakes on before the launch it gives u more acceleration before launching it

You need to make the whole plane body the rocket..... maybe a fairing around it with all the plane stuff on that. Decouple the plane from the rocket and shoot it out the middle.
Use the elevator for up and down, flaps for extra lift, alerons for roll 😅

You can probably get higher altitude with a lower climb angle and at a faster airspeed. Same can be said for normal rocket launches, using gravitational assist from Kerbun, will allow a much easier orbit. This should also help the rocket stabilise a bit better when releasing.
You should use it as a bomber. It also looks like a B-52 but with no bombs.

Blitz, if you Start your circularazation burn ( creating an Orbit) burn at your apoapsis, it's way more efficant!
Activate your rocket thruster before detaching so there is not a period of freefall it must overcome.

Blitz if you add a small solid fuel thruster to the fuselage of the plane you can use that to get vertical to launch the rocket.
Weight on the end of the wings is to high and pitch enable on the main wings will help with flapping

Not sure if you found it or if someone has mentioned it already but to switch between vehicles use [ and ] to cycle left and right. At least it worked for docking my lander in space with a rocket.

You need to figure out a way to add a JATO (acronym for jet-assisted take-off) is a type of assisted take-off for helping overloaded aircraft into the air by providing additional thrust in the form of small rockets. Thank you history channel & Google. You might also try wings that are deeper along the side of the plane, like some of the old plains.
Need bigger fins on the rocket part and front stationary fins.

The plane is the right color for a skunk works unit.
I find that increasing the root thickness, and slightly increasing the tip thickness helps with flapping
Tune the wings to not react to pitch, save a lot of headache

You should put the rocket on to of the plane and launch it from there like you did with the big thrusters in your last kerbal vid

Remove that landing gear on the tail! Or at least replace it with something much much smaller. It's preventing you from taking off properly.
