From a teenager to whoever you are, a tip. "Make le money". Save up from birthdays, jobs, fund odd jobs around where you live. Sell stuff you don't need. (Look it up first to make sure of the fair selling price). And most of all... Talk to your parents about it, if they don't know what you want, they can't get it.
