Tip: get an journal book when ur gonna self harm or get an rubberband when u feel like ur gonna self harm stretch it up ⤴ if u want for another talk to an therapist or ur family might help hope this helps and congrats 🎉
Goddamnit. Ive never self harmed but i feel like i deserve to start. Ive recently been starving myself and only eating half a meal a day but when i eat more than that, i js wanna punish myself. I haven’t been doing self-harm for a very long time but nowadays I get the thoughts of doing drastic things to myself whenever my anxiety gets too much.. hopefully vids like these will keep me in check (meds hadn’t been working) Edit: thank you that you didn’t make him scream at the scene; what makes me worry ab opening up to my parents is how they could they react(they are prone to yelling) The guy here is calm and understanding-

IM NOW 14 HOURS CLEANN (Its Been hard to keep the motivation and it’s just been gone recently and it’s been really hard for me and my cousin saw me self harming and now he’s holding onto it to the secret and I hope he doesn’t snitch on me and he broke down in tears and he said he knew that something was wrong and I have not been talkative and having short conversations with everyone and it just breaks my heart, because he broke down in front of me, and I couldn’t really do anything so do you just been really hard for me these passed days and it just breaks my heart to see him cry in front of me and what breaks my heart even more is that I’m doing this.
