@mariolopez332 were required to go through the iPhone Calibration using the Apple Diagnostics server. This enables new Face ID chips and Touch IDs so old ones don't have to be transferred. It also fixes certain issues that may have been caused by the drop/damage to the phone

lol that's hilarious, yeah it's rare that I even see iPhone 11s anymore. It's all 12 and up that I mainly see on the road.

Agreed! Numbers don't lie. Apple folks like to break their phones way more than Samsung users!
