  • If there is any Nigerian artist that accurately predicted their greatness, it has to be Burna Boy. The talented music star first styled himself the African Giant and declared himself Twice has Tall. Rapping to Level Up, he said, "I am a...legend and I say it proudly and today, he has the whole world listening as he wins his first-ever Grammy. During the 63rd Grammys Award Ceremony on March 14, 2021, he became the first Nigerian and first artist to win the Best Global Music Award for his fifth studio album, "Twice as Tall." The Recording Academy described the album as "a masterclass in the vibe and hustle that have made Burna Boy an international musical force." #BurnaBoy #Burnaboyrisetofame #Burnaboygrammy

Congrats to Damini. Well deserved. We were never close but he was always about music back in school days, from JSS1 till graduation day. Always with his lyrics book and making beats. This is only the beginning. 💯💯💯💯💯

Something about Burna boy's story isn't adding up, he has a fluent London accent despite moving there after high school (college in the UK) to pursue further studies, and according to his own account he dropped out after a year and returned to Nigeria. One does not pick up an accent in a year.

@@kr3539 Some people are naturally endowed with accent purity and I believe he's one of them. Wait , have you heard his grandpa talk, you'd think he's UK breed!

I like how Burna boy stands up for what he truly believes in... he always emphasises that no person is inferior despite race colour origin but everyone has a talent that shld be appreciated where ever in the world.
Burna boy is proud of Africans n wants to prove that we are also superior like an other race
