i think, we are being stirred into a re-awakening state.. the actuality of the profound level of insanity and evil at work here, is truly becoming way more obvious.. probably because we are awakening and also because these dastardly forces are just not caring anymore about staying hidden; working behind the scenes; … they are just full on out in our faces these days.. so it’s a combination .. it’s hard to actually believe how bizarre things have actually gotten… heartburn, gas, bloating and super tiredness, yes, absolutely.. new timeline, yes too… what a suuper helpful video❤️🔥❤️🔥..

Kundalini activation's Phenomena is very well known in the So called Evangelical Slain in the spirit group of churches and what they call the Holy Spirit is nothing but Shaktipata the Power Touch of the Guru same symptoms and experiences (Sensing an Energy field around these activated individuals, Tingling experiences of electricity or seeing visions or feeling drunk, I have experienced these things) that these Christians have experience it is the same in the Eastern Religions who practice Kundalini awakening is normaly via a guru that can light the fire of the pineal gland or brow chakra aka the third eye and activate it. In my and others opinions it is abnormal and abusive and causes harm as Kundalini will be activated on its own time line and not when we want it to happen the full activation of all the chakra along the spinal column to complete our connection and open communication to the divine infinite one aka Source.
I’m feel so fortunate to have this video pop up first thing @9 am! I have all the symptoms mention here and prior I really felt like I was losing my mind! I keep saying to self, theres got to be more to my life, there’s got to be more. I’ve gone thru. 4 dark knights of the soul which were so hard but after felt so good & thought I broke through but no within a few days the clouds came again & again !
I’m about to make an Appointment w/ a Dr about my throat! I have such tightness in that area & I’m in an echo in my head. Ears ringing off the hook etc. I’m working relentlessly to break through. Am I trying to hard? I Kia I have blocks from childhood trauma 😊but thought I did the work Even though my throat is better, it’s not gone. All the symptoms come & go. When you talked about coffee & sugar I almost spit it out! Digestive issues , I’m not hungry to 0:25 eat barely. Thank you for this information, I’m not crazy, this is happening to me. I’ve isolated for a year now. No one understands me, so I shut myself up & going it alone.

Me toooo! It was that thought that came to me and I SAW for the first time in my life. It happened when I was looking at a tree. I kept thinking this tree is old and new at the same time, and we’re like the trees. And then I thought that god truly is in everything. And that pain and discomfort is very much a part of life as pleasure is. Once I made these realizations my depression and anxiety completely lifted, and was finally at peace knowing that whatever happens is just a part of life. This new perspective literally saved my life. As my own mantra, even when anything good or bad is happening, I say this to myself and it keeps me grounded, “Everything, everything.” And I’ve been feeling pulses of sensations from my lower back to my head, it feels comforting and euphoric. I think it’s so crazy how so many of us are waking up in similar ways. I will never go back ✨🍄❤️🔥

It was tough if not the toughest period I had to go through. It’s been 3 years going onto 4th and I’m still cleansing. It was worth it. Nothing bothers me by anymore. We are all on our individual journeys, nothing personal. The world is definitely brighter, more colorful, I feel connected to everything especially higher self. Full of love and compassion. When in tough situations, I’m able to be in peace.

Kundalini is the most powerful energy..it lives in all of us and as my whole life shattered i must say it is the most excruciatimg experience of my life physically, mentally and emotionally!! I've been experiencing some crazy symptoms since 2016! Body vibrates constantly and lots of crazy energy! I use 528 Hz frequencies along with 432hz. It really helps calm the nerves 😊 Peace to all!❤
Me too! Mine all began in 2016 when I finally stood up to my boss’ 2- faced, money hungry ways & quit my job. I went into severe depression, having seizures & panic attacks, wanting to commit suicide. I’d never spoken up to anyone ‘higher up’ before & feared my future would be forever doomed. Family members turned against me for no longer being the quiet little good girl who did everything to please others. Their strong hold over me only caused further anxiety, guilt & shame to build up. I’ve finally come out on top & have realised this was all meant to be, helping my independence & self-confidence to grow. I’m now living a much more spiritual lifestyle, no longer allowing $$, sex, junk food, alcohol & people’s shallow attitudes to control my life. I’m striving to be the purest as possible- emotionally, physically & psychologically. Just wish I would’ve awakened much sooner 😇

Thank you for your service. This has undoubtedly been the most difficult year of my life I'm 66 so that's saying something. Facing truths, childhood traumas insisting on being healed, painful physical challenges. However, l feel different now. I feel like I've come through something and am now on the other side of it. My journey was extremely intense. Started back in 2016. Kundalini opened up some horrible memories for me, left me on the floor crying all day.
Dark night of the soul left me in extreme darkness. No taste no sound no zest for life. I lost everything that brought me joy. My job, my volunteering, activities. Gone. All i was , was a crying mess on the fllor or in my bed for days at a time.
My family wanted to admit me to the hospital. I had to fight with taking off for hours on a walk.
My kids turned on me and labeled me as crazy. I could not show up my best version .. i was lost, extremely depressed. Yet the suicidal part of my brain was silent. I had lost the desire to end my life. This went on for a few years. The lockdowns happened , that woke me up.
Everyone was afraid to die, while i welcomed it.
The streets were empty. Everyone in a mask.
I did not comply at all. There was a strong sense of truth that was not being given.
The more the lockdowns shunned me from society , the deeper i stayed in the ravine snd trees. I wanted nothing to do with humanity. I was waiting for them to die off. As per the scare tactics worldwide.
Then i found protesters that were speaking my thoughts.
I stuck around, found my people.
Fast forward to 2022, i was in isolation a deep fasting and yearning for God. Deep sleeps. Days would go by that felt like hours. Time had no value to me.
Still to this day, time, just seems to be a variable . If im behind on time i still show up on time. Somehow.
My emotions are much more stable.
My interactions with people are not tolerable. I cant stand the bullshit chatter. Have no problem letting one know how i feel about them. Im offensive to those who cant handle the truth, where i was once a people pleaser. A mat for anyone to abuse. I now have a sense of knowing. All i need to do is keep showing up.
Staying positive is an active decision. That automatically changes everything and every interaction i have.
Hate , anger, fear are lower frequency that does not resonate with my being any longer.
That is a powerful story of the trials and tribulations you chose to go through, but our suffering is soon to be ended. I have spent the past twenty-five years in pain due to back issues and Fibromyalgia. I often wonder why I chose every kind of pain the body can endure, but I've been on a spiritual quest for Truth since I was 16, now 78, and I've learned so much about the evils of this world, and why this Ascension is taking so long. Humans need a break, even a Divine Intervention. Enough pain and suffering has gone on far too long. We need a happy resolution to all this soon.

DEFINITELY NO COINCIDENCE that Spirit has been telling me about the reasons for the increased seismic activity on Earth and you have covered most of it! Also the Earth's kundalini, or a "port" shall we say lies under Hawaii's big Island, specifically Kilauea which is also an Arcturian and Lumerian portal from what I understand and we'll find increases in seismic activities months after each time the flows become active there. I had my dark night for 12 days in 2021.

Dark Night of the Soul was devastating to me. I cried uncontrollably and I wouldn't wish it on an enemy. It is excruciatingly painful. I did/am going through Spiritual depression,as mentioned in this video. I also keep to myself but then,I've always done that. Most people can't or won't associate with me. They aren't awake so they look at me like I am a freak. Since the Lion's Gate Portal has opened up several years ago,I have spoken my Truth and have been outcasted as a result. I don't have aches/pain but have been experiencing ringing in the ears or Angel Radio,as I call it. I see Numbers and symbols everywhere and am having prophetic dreams. I keep seeing Volcanoes erupting,Tidal Waves,etc. I have had the Vertigo and I don't care for that. It lasts days and I can't even stand up/walk. I force myself to because I have to feed my Animals. I do escape to Nature when I can. That's how I keep my sanity. I am not resistant to Ascension. I look forward to it. I finally met my TwinFlame in this lifetime on 11/11/2023,which is also 11. I will be meeting him again on 13 January. I am confident that the Universe will conspire to align us together forever. I am grateful for everything. I’m so happy to be here but it’s also very painful to be part of the family who isn’t yet accepting of the same timeline. It’s not easy…that’s very mildly put.
I am in the same boat. It can be very hard at times. it seems best to just focus on yourself & your transitions & just love & support your family and you can share small amounts of information with them as they raise their vibrations up & are ready to hear & receive your messages. I know it's tuff living amongst others in different frequencies, but it does get better as they expand & grow in those new energies. I had something really weird happen to me several months ago and I am wondering if it had anything to do with awakening or if anyone else has experienced something similar?
I was in that state between sleep and consciousness and all of a sudden I heard and felt this loud static/buzzing sound and my whole body felt like it was vibrating or tingling. And then I heard a very clear telepathic voice say, "Hi! Im one of your spirit guides. You can ask us questions anytime and we will answer them." And then just as I was about to respond, a FLOOD of different voices came though all at once. It was like walking into a crowded bar or arena and hearing all different conversations but not really being able to focus on any one conversation so I didn't know what they were saying but I remember hearing children laughing and playing and a man sobbing.. it sounds scary but I wasn't afraid, it was just bizarre. And then I felt myself falling into the dreamstate more and I heard my own voice telling me, "you can lift yourself up off the bed with your mind." I heard the static/buzzing sound throughout the whole experience. And I literally tried to lift myself up with my mind and I felt like I was about to leave my body but then my alarm went off and I became fully conscious again. I am thinking that was almost an astral projection experience. It happened not long after I began my spiritual journey. Has anything similar happened to anyone else?? Thanks for listening.

@alkemy9279 Thank you for that information! Yeah I wasn't able to move my body because it was like my body was asleep. The thought of sleep paralysis is scary because I've heard of a lot of people having horrifying experiences with that. I'm glad I wasn't afraid and didn't see anything scary. I've heard that you can get that static buzzing sound with astral projection but I've never done it before. And that's really interesting about the frequency noise when your guide came into your auric field ! That makes a lot of sense . I experienced a few other weird things around that time like I heard very faint music in my head but it was like this beautiful angelic music and I communicated with my guide as well . This all happened after I got my heart broken and it was like a flame was lit inside of me and instead of getting depressed and retreating it kind if catapulted me into wanting to learn everything about spirituality and ancient wisdom. It was like a pull or a yearning for knowledge. And it's weird because I was never a water drinker until recently either but suddenly I just felt how important it was to drink water. I definitely feel like I am slowly but surely being prepared for something and I'm assuming that something is an awakening . But I'm honestly so scared because I really don't want to have to feel those horrible feelings that come with it like I don't want to experience that dark night of the soul I'm so scared for that but I do want to be fully awake 😣
@alkemy9279 Thank you so much for sharing your experience. That was honestly very comforting to me so I appreciate that. Its really interesting to hear all of the things your body went through but I am glad to hear they weren't bad. I have always wanted to meditate but for some reason I always had such a hard time actually getting myself to do it (I guess that was me fighting with my ego) but recently I've actually been sticking to meditating most nights and I usually do it while in the bath. It helps me to be able to relax and just let go and focus on going within. And I'm not a religious person either but I do feel I have a connection with Jesus I know he is an ascended master and I have great love and respect for him and I keep seeing him in my meditations. Many times he is just standing there kind of in the background observing me speaking with my higher self, sometimes he comes up behind me and places his hand on my back and he sends waves of loving and healing energy into me, and then a few times we have actually been face to face and he is always smiling and he opens his arms and embraces me in his arms and the feeling is just indescribable .. I cry every time because I always feel such an immense release of built up negative energy and I am overcome with a feeling of peace and love and gratitude.. I feel as though he is always with me and that he has always been with me, he is one of my guides and loves me unconditionally. It's so incredible to have the chance to have an interaction with Jesus. And I hope to have more wonderful experiences and meet more masters and guides in my journey 😊 Thank you again for your advice and sharing your story

I have learned to stop feelings of guilt and shame and can now accept, forgive and love myself while feeling free to love and forgive others. Still a way to go but at least I'm on the right path.

This is so true. Everything he said has happened to me. At the moment the pressure on my heart and chest is killing me and I'm having the worst heart burn I've ever had. Hi, I can relate. The herbs Hathorn help me with the heart arrhythmias & chest pressure & the herb Dandelion helps with the stomach acid. You can also take fennel, & slippery elm. I haven't even got off the spiritual starting blocks yet. Not had an awakening , don't feel a connected Oneness, never felt these light energies yet. In fact I'm not seeing any transition/ transformations in myself or in others. Spirit doesn't appear to want me to ascend. And I feel betrayed and bitter about it.

As you may be feeling pain (physical, mental, emotional, psychological or spiritual), say:
I am joy.
I am healed.
I am wealthy.
I am loved.
I am patient.
I am kind.
I am free (my personal favorite).
Add your own I am…..
One final thing, be aware there may be 3D fragments or remnants which take time to remove. For me, it was like I had a tarp over me, preventing anyone from seeing or hearing me. You may experience something else. Have someone you know who has completed their awakening available to help pull you out, while keeping any final bits of fear or guilt behind.

We create our own little world , then do everything to nourish and preserve it and also destroy it sometimes. It’s needed to integrate this in our way of living . The ability to destroy certain things which obstruct our growth needs to be worked on constantly. Creating and protecting should be done consistently. I understood that if we make our own changes it reflects on the outer world to become a better place .

I’m literally going through it now. Yesterday out of no where I felt light headed & nauseous. My stomach was upset. So I had the 💩. Vertigo definitely set in. Then I noticed I had foot pain. Pretty much going through every symptom you mentioned for some time now but today it was the throat and I thought it was closing up. All I want to do is go to bed hoping I will feel better tomorrow. I’m 100% on the dark knight of the soul fase. Every single mentioned symptom defines what I’m experiencing. I did plant medicine this weekend and this time I couldn’t access the higher realms and yesterday I did integration on my own and as soon as I got to source a bad vibration destroyed my connection and I had to fight very hard to not allow it to take over me. I continued fighting to get to source, love and light but that bad vibration was physically hurting me , blocking my throat , I wanted to vomit and u couldn’t , squeezing my chest and literally felt like a ball and chain attached to my base chakra impeding me to reach higher vibration realms. It felt like that bad vibration was logged there and I also couldn’t pass any urine. Then my arms would tingle and vibrate so intensely that was incredibly painful to the point of making me cry.I won the fight and nothing materialized in the spirit realm but I know i need help releasing and transmuting that energy. I would appreciate some guidance

As I was listening , about 100 crows started flying in Ann Arbor MI. I didn't know exactly when they CAME every single year. Like 1000's of the crows Come here for one week and go to our cemetery and this church on state Street. I have always connected with crows, so it's a awesome sight to see.
Anyway, while listening to this video and watching the clouds from north to south west, all of a sudden about a 100 just started flying from the south to the north east. I started trying to take pics, but thought a video would be better. I clicked on my video which made this video I was listening to STOP. AND I SWEAR TO GOD, SO DID THE CROWS!!.
I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR CRAFTS IN THE SKY AND I BELIEVE I WEE THEM. I KNOW I DO BC I HAVE TWO OTHER PEOPLE WHO SEEN THEM ALSO, BUT ARE TOO MUCH INTO THEIR HUMAN SIDE THAT THEY DO NOT CARE!!

Hello brothers & sisters - I’ve been going through this kundalini awakening for the last 3 to 5 years. It’s all very real from the dark night of the soul to everything else in this video. I find it very odd and personally unsettling that of all the comments on this page, I'm the only one who is asking questions. Isn't there anyone else that is struggling, REALLY struggling with this whole ascension stuff ? All of you are describing how great you feel and what mystical experiences you're having, and it makes me envious, but also feeling inadequate and isolated. I feel I'm deficient and faulty. I must be. Or else I'd be like you all are by now.
