    This is great! Thank you so much! I'm planning to have my students to watch it so they get a taste of what it's like to visit the market in preparation of our unit on shopping. (I teach Spanish.) I think they'll really appreciate the way you interact with the locals and your reactions to the "weird food section."

    Love watching these! I'm heading out to South America in 2 weeks - starting from Mexico, then visiting Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Brazil - so it's fab to see everywhere that's ahead of me. I'd only planned for 3 days in Cuzco, primarily to visit MP, however would you recommend a little longer?

      Right on, sounds like an epic trip. Yeah there's a lot to see in and around Cuzco. Another day or two might be a good idea, though it depends on how much time you have to spare. There are some nice smaller villages around you might want to see as well, and lots of ancient sites other than just Machu Picchu.

    Lovin your series on Peru. Machu Picchu has been on my list. Watching you eat and drink local scares me. Are those fruit drinks made with bottled or filtered water? Do you ever get sick?

    • @GabrielTravelerVideos
      @GabrielTravelerVideos  Před 9 lety +2

      The smoothies don't have any water in them, just the natural fruit juice and in this one some milk added, so they should be fine. I don't stress about it too much since I've been luck enough to never get a stomach bug while traveling.
