Counting Bits - Leet Code 338 - TypeScript

Learn about bits on a deeper level by solving the counting bits problem. We solve this two ways. The first by making use of a pattern with binary numbers. The second by using bitwise shift right operator in conjunction with the bitwise and operator, which we discuss in detail.
