bro people memed kagurabachi and called the whole series generic WHEN IT HAD LITERALLY ONE CHAPTER
The same thing happened to Black Clover, it had a very generic shounen first chapter but evolved into something amazing in the much later chapters
they glazed the hell out of it literally became a meme
@@Soul03 I can't help but agree, I mean some people on twitter, after Kagurachi only had 10 chapters, were saying that it was the best manga ever made😂

Im gonna be that nerd and say that Kagurabachi is gonna be the next JJK. I feel like the author just does the "shonen without the boring parts" , like JJK did, maybe even better and suited for people who dont want to have their heart shattered every other week. Every chapter is just hype upon hype and I really think that its gonna turn out awesome.
It's really good, but I need the power system to be further fleshed out for me to appreciate the battles as much as JJK's
Does JJK get better? I'm on chapter 55 but it feels so boring that idk if I should keep reading it
@@justseanytI’d say read till the end of shibuya arc (around chapter 136). Everything in that arc is essentially what jjk has to offer. If you don’t like it then, you won’t like it after probably.

I'm gonna recommend Gokurakugai and besides it's art being awesome the characters are real good so far plus the antagonists are being built up nicely getting slowly better with each passing arc that ends off from the last.
I hate that Mama Yuyu is ending with it's next chapter I was hoping it'd continue on and go alongside Kagurabachi in a sense

Kagura Bachi has been so much fun to read, I started it off feeling like it was so-so, but I feel like it's really picked up, and the illustrations are gorgeous.
Man i wish more mangas aside from shonen jump/plus got the spotlight.
Tower dungeon has recently started by the author of Blame and it's a blast so far. Amazing art, an interesting world and a cast that really reminds me of chainsaw man.
Mujina in to the deep by Asano is a bit older but just as good as you can expect. More centered on action it's a dystopia where rightless humans turn into mercenary outlaws with all the dark humor and social critique you can expect from an Asano story.
Yomi no Tsugai is just as old as Choujin X but i never see anyone talk about it even if it's done by the author of FMA Hiromu Arakawa. The concep itself is quite interesting with character making contracts with dual demons that have complementary abilities similar to stands but as a 2x1 team. This leads to very creative uses.
its pretty hard to deny that shueisha has a lot of the most popular mangas event the upcoming ones. that being i agree that there are a lot of good stuff from other magazines there.
@@cronggpal shueisha does have the most popular recent mangas but not really jump. Most recent hits have come from outside (see blue lock, tokyo revengers, frieren etc)
@@audax_nah if you compare the copies that have sold MHA JJK and demon Slayer you realize that Jump still has the strongest hits. (more than the 3 you mentioned)
@@polimbo123 that is not true, the best selling manga last year was Blue Lock, with JJK and OP also at the top as usual and MHA at 8 quite below Oshi no Ko and barely over tokyo revengers who ended in 2022 and Kingdom.
And what i'm talking about is recent mangas, After the big 3 in jump there is a huge drop off in sales while other publishers maintain a higher average
It is criminal how NO ONE talks about Skeleton Double in videos about manga series/a video of its own. VERY underrated and underappreciated series that is also in the Manga plus catalog. Easily one of, if not the, best battle shonen in the past 5 years

Only CSM got me hooked up like that before. So that's saying a lot.

The art of Ruri Dragon is amazing. It has potential to become a Ghibli Studio style film.

I give you the most goated recommendation: Rosen Garten Saga. It's a meme, but it's kinda better but perverted Records of Ragnarok. Didn't know that degeneration could be this well made.

Psssst sufferents you should check out make the exorcist fall in love it’s quite a good story it’s not extremely deep but does have some genuinely disturbing scenes and the action is superb
Edit: just finished the video and was surprised you didn’t mention mamayuyu considering it’s releasing alongside kagurabachi and has a really interesting premise

Dear anemone is a really good read in my opinion. Similiar story with hells paradise but a weird twist to it. Overall really good read!
