Like the video it's very wholesome. But there's one thing we're all forgetting if this happened Casita will eventually fall just not the same time as in the Movie.
Things to point out:
Bruno is already talked badly around even before Mirabel's gift, so it'll still be happening till this day.
Luisa will still be always overworked having no one to talk to that can help.
Isabella will have to marry a man she doesn't want to and have to live as a perfect person when she doesn't even want to.
Dolores will always be heartbroken
And lastly Tension will still build as the time gets longer and longer causing the same events in the Movie due to Abuela

I think it was really good for everyone how it turned out. Future kids don't have to panic or feel worthless if they don't get a gift, everyone will treat everyone equally gift or not, and everyone can be accepted. They are able to share their feelings better and communicate with each other. If Mira didn't get a gift then somebody with a different personality would have to go through the same situation.
It makes sense since Maribel can do musical numbers at any moment.

In the end of Encanto abuela realizes her mistake and what she had done to the family, When Mirabel gets her door (the entrance to the casita) It shows her in front of the family, her hands outstrechted. Mirabel is the uniter of the family, she is the reason the magic survives, her gift is like the concrete that bruno used to keep the walls from breaking she is the glue that keeps the family together and the candle burning
