Did you try the two seats in the City seat option since you do sit back further and it looks like you have an e-bike? And yes I agree that the Bikeroo see it is not a good option since I have tried it and sent it back.
What type of seat post suspension do you have? If its the spring type where you can adjust it using a hex wrench on the bottom, then looks like its set too low, which would be for someone
