Hey man i would suggest the pinion cover upgrade i put the same tires on my 2012 850 and first ride i snapped mine, the new upgraded one is like twice as thick at the stock
You’ll possibly be leaning the air fuel ration out by removing the sparky. It’s not going to make much of a difference, but they come lean from the factory already. I personally had Ryan at RVS performance send me a new tune (stage 2) because I put a new exhaust on too. It’s night and day difference how the power comes on.
The spark arrestor prevents forest fires! A legal requirement! They serve a vital function. If a forest fire starts, they can charge you! Nice ride. Have fun!

Definitely get the Cecco pinion cover and frame braces, QSC clutch kit to regain some performance and save your belt, HL HD rear springs to give some more clearance on those OL2’s and start saving some money for axles before you even think about snorkels!
So the speedometer isn’t going to read accurately with the 29.5s because it’s calibrated for stock size. So the mph will be off making the top speed test irrelevant. Use an app on the phone to get a better idea of what it’s running.
My dad has a sportsman 850 and I have a scrambler 850 and I’m really surprised how different they are the scrambler would walk on it a lot faster than the sportsman 850 but both amazing fourwheelers

How is the steering? My 2020 850 steering is sloppy and feels like the tie rods have a ton of slack but they are tight. Should have put a clutch kit in it before the belt change

You need a billet pinion plate for sure. If the stock one explodes you will have to get a new diff.

Get the high lifter 2" Lift Kit to go with the tires. you will go through a lot more. same price as a belt.
A cool upgrade is the front and rear bumpers the 850 limited version comes with, kind of pricey but they look cool and could protect your plastics.
Put the spark arrester back In Bc you can blow a head gasket like that

Turing the shocks doesn’t lift it if stiffens it snd makes it softer depending on witch way u turn it
