To be honest, I liked your videos about learning languages more than motivational but the introduction was great. I think it'd be more interesting to watch if you made that sort of video with a bit happier tone, I think it'll give more motivation to people who are hearing your advice. Of course it sounds strange to talk about bad emotions with smile on a face so try to make it natural. As you said, it's important to experience every emotion, so express yourself! Also I think your voice was a bit too quiet, thankfully you add subtitles👍
