How you manage to maintain Vitamin D level during winter without supplements
No matter what the weather is, we spend a lot of time outdoors. It does miracles to our health. Absorption of nutrients also mainly depends on how much we exercise in a day, how much muscle mass we have. I lift weights 3 times a week. Without that our body will not get the nutrients from food or from supplements.
