No you can get only addmission in iit if you cleared jee advanced. You can get NIT, IIIT on the basis of jee mains. If you dont qualify the advance so you can take addmission in NIT , IIIT they are also good institutes. But you have to score 120 or 150+ in mains to get addmission in NIT OR IIIT.
